Return and Refund Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. Before making any purchase, we recommend carefully reading this Return & Refund Policy, which applies to all products and services offered in our online store.
1. Services

Purchased services (consultations, sessions, training plans, etc.) may be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled date, with a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance or after the service has begun are not eligible for a refund, in accordance with applicable law.

The customer must request cancellation in writing via our official contact channels.
2. Digital Products (Ebooks, Upgrades, Downloadable Plans, etc.)

After payment is confirmed and the digital product is made available (via download or online access), no refund or return is possible, under Article 17 of Decree-Law No. 24/2014.

By completing the purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts that they waive the right of withdrawal, as provided by the legislation applicable to digital products.
3. Physical Products & Limited Packs
a) Individual Physical Products

The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt, without the need to provide a reason.

The product must be returned in perfect condition, in the original packaging, with no signs of use.

The refund will be issued after we receive and verify the condition of the returned product.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error or defect attributable to the store.
b) Limited Packs with Digital Product and Free Items (gels, t-shirts, watches, etc.)

Pack returns are only possible if requested before the digital product included in the pack is made available (before sending a file, download link, access code, etc.).

Once the digital product in the pack has been made available, no return or refund of the pack is possible, in line with applicable legislation for digital products.

If the return is requested in time, all items and free gifts included in the pack (gels, t-shirt, watch, etc.) must be returned in perfect condition, sealed, and unused/unopened.

Food products (energy gels): can only be returned if sealed, intact, and unopened, for health and hygiene reasons.

Included gifts are not exchangeable and cannot be returned individually.
4. Exceptions

Personalized or made-to-measure products are not eligible for return or refund, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Sealed products that have been opened after delivery (notably food products) cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
5. Return Procedure

The customer must communicate their intent to return or cancel in writing, via the contact email provided on the website.

After validating the request, we will provide instructions for shipping the item(s).

The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after we receive and verify the returned products.

In the case of products that are damaged or show signs of improper use, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
