  • After purchasing the service, you will receive an email with a form where you can indicate your preferred days, times, and address for scheduling. The product PDF also includes the link to the form if you prefer to access it there.

    I will then contact you to confirm and schedule the visit.

    The functional assessment is carried out in person, followed by the delivery of your detailed report and personalized corrective plan.

    You’ll also benefit from 4 weeks of remote support for any questions or adjustments.

  • 1. Can I choose the exact day and time for the assessment?
    Yes. After purchase, you’ll receive a form where you can indicate your preferred days and times. I will confirm the appointment with you by email or phone.


    2. What if I live outside the Lisbon area?
    At the moment, the at-home service is available in Lisbon only. For other locations, please contact me so we can evaluate the possibility.


    3. How do I receive the report and corrective plan?
    You’ll receive everything by email in digital format, with clear and visual explanations.


    4. What if I have questions after the assessment?
    You’ll have 4 weeks of remote support to answer questions and make adjustments.

    Serviço muito profissional e completo

    Marquei a Avaliação Funcional FMS Premium ao domicílio porque queria perceber melhor as minhas limitações para correr sem dores. A Diana foi super profissional, trouxe todo o material necessário e explicou cada teste de forma clara. Surpreendeu-me ver como pequenos movimentos mostraram desequilíbrios que eu nem tinha noção.


    No dia seguinte já tinha o plano com exercícios adaptados ao meu caso (trabalho muitas horas sentado, e isso ficou logo evidente). O acompanhamento nas semanas seguintes foi fundamental para me manter consistente e tirar dúvidas.


    Senti diferença logo no primeiro mês — mais mobilidade nos tornozelos e menos desconforto no joelho depois das corridas. Recomendo a quem queira treinar com mais segurança e prevenir lesões!
