7. Physical Products

Delivery times vary depending on location and stock availability
In the event of out-of-stock items, the customer will be informed and may choose: a new delivery time, an alternative product, or a refund
Customers have 14 days to return products, provided the item is unused and in original condition

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Online consultations and services may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled session
After the coaching process has started or the training plan has been delivered, refunds are no longer available
In exceptional cases (e.g., documented health reasons), the possibility of rescheduling or credit for future services may be evaluated

La Coach Diana is committed to providing high-quality services and information. However:

We are not responsible for injuries or outcomes resulting from improper execution of training
Physical activity carries inherent risks; we recommend seeking medical advice before starting any training program, especially if you have pre-existing conditions
The user is responsible for adjusting their training to their physical condition and seeking professional guidance when needed
